HOW IT WORKS
Residents that enroll in the Family Self-Sufficiency ( FSS) program will work directly with a case manager who will evaluate the resident’s strengths, needs, and aspirations to assist in developing their goals.
The FSS Program is 5 years in length and is available to all Public Housing (PH) and Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program residents. Residents who enroll and participate in our program are given the opportunity to improve their skills and enrich their lives. The expectation is that program participants will no longer need housing subsidies after completion of the program.
