Partner Portal and Internet Explorer

As you may or may not be aware, Microsoft has release version 10 of Microsoft Explorer.  Please be advised that currently partner portal does not support Internet Explorer 10.  If you currently utilize this version you will need to have it uninstalled to utilize the partner portal.  Windows updates are automatically installing Explorer 10 so it may be installed on your PC without your knowledge.

We have no estimate from our software vendor as to when the partner portal will be functional with Explorer version 10.

Partner Portal Update

April 2, 2013 Partner Portal will be updated to a newer version to better server our participating landlords. The update will require you to recreate your login and password. This update will only allow you to create one username and password per landlord. Trying to create multiple usernames and passwords will result in account lock out, therefore please make note of your username and password to assure your access to the system. Award of Excellence

The Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority would like to announce that they are a recipient of the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials Agency Award of Excellence for project design for Seaboard Square.  The Authority was one of 23 recipients from across the country to be recognized for outstanding innovation and achievement in housing and community development programs.

New Home!

We have finally moved into our new home!  We are located at 3116 South Street, Portsmouth, VA  23707. We have been unpacking boxes and exploring our new location.  We love that we are in the middle of the City and within minutes to so many great places in Portsmouth.

Road to Success

There was great excitement at the Virginia Sports Hall of Fame and Museum in Portsmouth on Friday, June 15, 2012.  Twenty-six residents of PRHA received scholarships to help them follow their dreams. For more information about scholarships that are available through PRHA please click HERE
