Terry K. Morrison is a true Portsmouth native, having been born on July 21, 1961 at Maryview Hospital and has lived here all but two years of his life. He has been employed with the Virginia Department of Transportation since 1980. He served on the Portsmouth Wetlands Board from 2003-2005. He was endorsed by The Virginian-Pilot Editorial Board in May 2004 as a candidate for Portsmouth City Council. If you have ever lived in Collinswood, Edgefield, Rollingwood, Hodges Manor, Shea Farms or Southampton since 1964, chances are good that you were once a neighbor of Terry's. |

Dr. Pamela C. Kloeppel was appointed to the Board at the August 28, 2007 City Council Meeting. She is retired and is a former Senior Coordinator of Guidance for Norfolk Public Schools where she supervised 140 counselors for 21 years. Dr. Kloeppel has managed a family real estate business; chaired the Portsmouth Museum and Fine Arts Commission for two years; sat on the Executive Board of the Downtown Norfolk Council; served as President of the Norfolk Society of Arts, a fund-raising organization for the Chrysler Museum of Arts. She is the current president of the Cedar Grove Cemetery Foundation; former president and current member of the Elizabeth River Garden Club; the founding president of the Todi Music Fest and a current board member of the Norfolk Planning Council.
