Discrimination in any form is wrong. When it comes to housing decisions, it’s also against the law, thanks to the Fair Housing Act.

At the Authority, we do all we can to make sure discrimination plays absolutely no role in housing decisions. We also want you to understand your rights so you know what to do if you think you’re being discriminated against based on your race, color, national origin, religion, sex, family status, or handicap.
