To apply for the Commercial Facade Improvement Loan Program, please take the following steps:

1. Review the Facade Loan Program Guidelines;

2. Fill out an Application;

3. Gather all your required attachments, as noted in the Application; and

4. Send the Application and required attachments to the Authority by mailing it to Brian Donahue at P.O. Box 1098, Portsmouth, VA 23705 or by saving your documents and attaching them to an email to bdonahue@prha.org. Please remember that no application will be considered until it is complete. No application will be complete until all required attachments are submitted.
