The Authority does accept unsolicited Proposals; please check with us before submitting one, as most of the Authority’s properties are designated for a specific project.
Listed below are properties that may be available through an unsolicited proposal. There are two parcels currently available in the Victory Crossing Shopping Center: These parcels are located in Empowement, Enterprise and HUB Zones The Victory Crossing Shopping Center is anchored by Lowe's Home Improvement Center and Farm Fresh Grocery Store. Other national retailers include Athlete's Foot, Dairy Queen, Dollar Tree, Exxon, Hollywood Video, H&R Block, Jiffy Lube, Pizza Hut, Ruby Tuesday's and Wendy's.
